Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
   • Company: Tom Barker Group Pty Ltd (ACN 628 158 832).
   • Guest / Ticket Holder: The individual purchasing and/or attending the Event.
   • Event: The 47A® Private Suite hospitality experience hosted by the Company at the Yas Marina Circuit from 5–7 December 2025.
   • Venue: Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
   • Force Majeure: Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to adverse weather, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, venue closures, industrial action, pandemics, or actions by Formula 1® Management (FOM) affecting access or event operations.
2. Inclusions
   The Hospitality Package includes:
   • Exclusive 47A® Private Suite located within the Yas Marina Circuit hospitality precinct, overlooking Turns 6 & 7 — one of the most exciting overtaking zones of the circuit.
   • Full weekend access (Friday to Sunday) during all Formula 1® sessions and entertainment.
   • Premium culinary program curated by Michelin-starred chefs and luxury catering partners.
   • Free-flow Champagne, fine wines, premium spirits, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings.
   • Guest appearances by Formula 1® legends and personalities.
   • Live entertainment and music performances throughout the weekend.
   • Professional event photography and videography.
   • Dedicated guest relations, concierge, and hosting team throughout the event.

   Please Note:
   While all inclusions are provided as part of the Hospitality Package, the Company reserves the right to substitute, modify, or withdraw any element of the experience prior to or during the event, due to availability, supply constraints, or circumstances beyond its control. Every effort will be made to maintain the overall quality and standard of the guest experience.

3. Booking & Payment
   • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds.
   • Payment must be made to the Company’s nominated bank account (details provided on invoice).
   • The Guest is responsible for all associated bank charges or currency conversion fees.
4. Payment Default & Non-Attendance
   • If full payment is not received by the due date specified on the invoice, the booking will be automatically cancelled and any deposit forfeited.
   • If a Guest fails to attend the Event for any reason, no compensation, replacement, or refund will be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Policy
   • All tickets are strictly non-refundable once payment has been received.
   • This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, or change in personal circumstances.
   • Tickets are transferable only with prior written consent from the Company and may be subject to approval by the Venue or Formula 1® Management.
6. Transfer & Resale Rules
   • Tickets may not be resold for a price greater than the original purchase price.
   • Transfers are permitted only to individuals approved by the Company and meeting all eligibility and ID requirements.
   • The Company reserves the right to refuse any transfer or resale at its sole discretion.
7. Venue & Access Conditions
   • Venue security reserves the right to conduct bag checks and security screenings.
   • Access may be refused or revoked for safety, security, or operational reasons without refund.
   • The ticket does not include parking or circuit transfers unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Dress Code & Behaviour
   • Guests are required to wear smart casual or cocktail attire suitable for a premium hospitality environment.
   • Offensive clothing or behaviour will not be tolerated.
   • The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any Guest based on attire or conduct, without refund.
9. Event Timing Disclaimer
   • Race schedules and circuit timings are determined by Formula 1® Management and may change without notice.
   • Hospitality access times are fixed and will not be extended in the event of on-track delays.
   • The Company accepts no liability for changes to race or entertainment schedules.
10. Legal Compliance & Safety
    • Guests must comply with all health, safety, and security regulations issued by the Company, Venue staff, or Formula 1® officials.
    • Any Guest failing to comply may be removed from the Event without refund.
11. Event Changes & Force Majeure
    • The Company may modify the Event schedule, inclusions, or entertainment at its discretion.
    • If the Event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed due to Force Majeure, no refunds will be issued.
    • The Company will use reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or deferred hospitality experience where feasible.
12. Ancillary Costs
    • The Hospitality Package does not include flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses unless expressly stated in writing.
13. Liability & Indemnity
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Hospitality Package.
    • The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or additional costs incurred.
    • The Guest indemnifies the Company, its employees, and contractors against all claims arising from the Guest’s actions, omissions, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Insurance
    • The Company strongly recommends that Guests obtain comprehensive travel and event insurance covering personal injury, illness, travel delays, or inability to attend.
15. Photography & Media
    • The Guest acknowledges that photography and videography will take place at the Event.
    • By attending, the Guest grants the Company the right to use their image and likeness in promotional or marketing materials without further consent or payment.
16. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia (or the United Arab Emirates, if elected by the Company), and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
17. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing the booking form and submitting payment, the Guest confirms that they:
    • Have read and understood these 47A® Private Suite Booking Terms & Conditions.
    • Agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
    • Understand that all bookings are final and tickets are strictly non-refundable.
